Stollery Emergency Department
Crisis and Stabilization Team for Children and Youth (CAST) 780-407-1000 - 7 days a week 8 am - 11:30 pm. Phone, virtual or community crisis support and can refer to Stollery Urgent Clinic directly. (The mandate of Stollery Urgent Clinic is to see kids who need urgent psychiatric consultation within 2- 3 weeks. Stollery ED is the other source of referrals to Urgent Clinic.)
Stollery Outpatient Urgent Psychiatry Clinic - To request a physician-to-physician consult: Fax the Telephone Consultation Request Form to the clinic along with a copy of the most recent visit notes and any additional reports/information necessary.

Tertiary Neuropsychiatry & Specialized Clinics - Physician referral only; refer via Connect Care or faxed form. Must have unsuccessfully tried at least 2 medications and secondary level supports first. Generally don’t see kids long-term. Must have a primary care physician to discharge back to. If the child has a psychiatrist already, the referral must come from that psychiatrist.
