Referrals accepted from family physicians only after neurologist diagnosis (clinic is for treatment, not diagnosis).

CRIS: publicly funded, multidisciplinary (OT/PT/SLP), accepts FND patients.

Functional Movement Disorder Clinic - research and tertiary care program that assesses patients with FMD for suitability to rehabilitation programs. Referral required (see link to Alberta Referral Directory).
Pediatric Physiotherapy - provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with movement or neurological disorders. Referral required (see link to Alberta Referral Directory).
